At the age of 21, Josh has already attained veteran status. With over ten years of hunting experience and four years of competition calling, Josh has etched his name into the hunting industry. If not found in a southern Minnesota cornfield, Josh is most likely traveling the countryside, searching for waterfowl. When not chasing waterfowl, Josh is finishing up college, coaching wrestling and racing dirt track modifieds. Josh's favorite call is the "DRC Short Drop."

Colter "bouncing HENsel" is all too familiar with the Branta Canadensis (Canada Goose), as he spends much of his free time chasing them in the field. Colter's nickname, "Bouncing Hen," means just what it says. Colter has a "killer" bouncing hen on a duck call and is not afraid to use it. He will throw one out anywhere: in the field, on the pond, at the grocery store, heck, even in a "Mainstreet Style" contest. Colter, like the rest of the inmates, also competes on the contest stage.

Jim, "The Thunder Down Under," has been hunting in northern Missouri for eight years and competition calling for the last three. Jim enjoys hunting mallards in flooded fields and hunting Canadian geese out of layout blinds. When not hunting, Jim is an avid golfer. His favorite call is the "DRC Inmate." Jim has won numerous contests, including five Intermediate Championships and four Two-Man Goose Championships.

Nick Posusta - Silver Lake, MN

Nick grew up in the little town of Silver Lake, MN, which is just outside Hutchinson, one of the better staging areas for resident and migrating honkers. He started hunting geese at the age of thirteen, though he didn't blow a short reed goose call until nineteen. Nick started guiding two years ago in Missouri, Mississippi, and also Alberta. Snow geese are his waterfowl of choice because of the time and skill that it takes to decoy them in close enough to shoot. But don't let the snow fool you; he loves hearing the moans of honkers on deck.

Nick is a full time guide nine months out of the year. He chases birds, mostly snows, in Alberta, North and South Dakota, Missouri, Minnesota and Arkansas. With all the traveling, it is nothing short of a miracle that Nick is beginning a career in contest calling. He is a welcome addition to the DRC family.
